Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 7+ years of direct and/or related experience in compliance.
• One or more certifications may be required depending on the area of specialty (e.g., CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CHC-F).

Responsabilités

• Manage and directly supervise the Ethics and Compliance staff to support the program.
• Develop, review, and revise compliance policies and procedures; prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other management teams to ensure program-wide compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Perform special projects and investigations as assigned.
