Job summary

Toyota Material Handling U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager Compliance - Material Handling to partner with the North America RCCO and the NA Ethics & Compliance Team to design and drive a risk-based ethics and compliance program across TMHNA.

This role leads a team of ethics and compliance professionals, collaborates with TMHNA leadership, manages third-party risk, and advances TMHNA's culture of integrity through governance, training, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; JD preferred.
• 10+ years of ethics & compliance experience.
• Ability to research and analyze complex data.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement risk-based ethics and compliance program and plan.
• Lead collaboration with TMHNA leadership and functions on governance and risk.
• Develop training materials, investigations, and third-party due diligence.
• Provide quarterly updates to leadership on program status and metrics.
• Manage a team of compliance personnel and ambassadors.
