Job summary

TMHNA in North America seeks a Sr. Manager Compliance - Material Handling to lead and advance the ethics and compliance program. You will design a risk-based control framework, develop training, and manage investigations, fostering a strong speak-up culture across the organization.

You will report to the NA RCCO and oversee a team of professionals and compliance ambassadors, partnering with TMHNA leadership to address regulatory changes and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; JD preferred.
• 10+ years of ethics and compliance experience.
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a risk-based ethics and compliance program for TMHNA.
• Lead a team of ethics and compliance professionals and ambassadors.
• Develop training materials, communications, and investigations processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
• Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership.
• Ensure third-party relationships undergo due diligence and monitoring.
