Job summary

Toyota Industries North America, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager Compliance – Material Handling to lead and oversee a risk-based ethics and compliance program for TMHNA.

The role reports to the North America Regional Chief Compliance Officer and collaborates with leaders across TMHNA to embed a strong culture of integrity. The position focuses on governance, training, investigations, third-party risk, and continuous improvements to policies and controls in North America.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; JD preferred.
• 10+ years of ethics and compliance experience preferred.
• Ability to research complex data.
• Effective project management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Result oriented with customer service focus.
• Leadership capabilities to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist NA RCCO and E&C team in designing and implementing a risk-based ethics and compliance program for TMHNA.
• Lead TMHNA leadership and functions to sustain a best-in-class ethics and compliance program.
• Identify changes in laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Educate TMHNA leadership and associates on emerging compliance risks quarterly.
• Provide regular status updates and metrics to NA RCCO and TMHNA leadership.
• Manage a team of compliance personnel and ambassadors across TMHNA group companies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on ethics and compliance matters for TMHNA management and dealers.
