The Tidal Financial Group seeks a Senior Fund Administrator to oversee day-to-day administration of a wide range of ETFs, guiding a team of administrators and coordinating with service providers to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes expert Excel skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal groups, auditors and clients, with remote work within the United States.

Formación

• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to shift priorities quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and development for staff administrators.
• Assist in daily fund accounting oversight, including NAV review.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to support fund operations.
• Coordinate fund audits with independent auditors and service providers.
• Review financial statements, board reports, and regulatory filings including Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX and N-CSR.
• Prepare/review fund expenses and accruals, including fee waivers and other related fund expenses.
• Assist/Review in new fund launches, including operational setup, vendor onboarding, and documentation review.
• Collaborate with internal teams across compliance, legal, trading, capital markets, fund governance and client success.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
• Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews.
