Tidal Financial Group, a leading ETF investment technology platform, is seeking a highly motivated Fund Administration Associate to join our team. You’ll manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and support cross-functional service providers and clients in the ETF ecosystem.

The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and the ability to coordinate regulatory filings, fund reports, and reconciliations with internal teams and external partners.

• Specific experience and knowledge with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is required.
• Experience and knowledge of derivative instruments, particularly swaps, is highly preferable.
• Experience in broker and custodian statement reconciliations is highly preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and review of ETF regulatory filings and fund reports.
• Maintain and reconcile fund data.
• Support interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and other internal and third parties.
• Prepare/review financial statements, Trust board reports, and regulatory filings, including Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX and N-CSR.
• Utilize Excel and other financial tools to analyze fund data efficiently.
• Monitor ETF operational workflows and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate fund expenses and accruals, including fee waivers and other related fund expenses.
• Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to address inquiries and operational tasks and challenges.
• Continuously re-prioritize tasks based on evolving deadlines and client needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements for fund administration related workflows.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administration Associate to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to manage priorities in a constantly evolving

workload, as well as proficiency in Excel formulas and financial applications. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to work cross-functionally with various service providers and clients in the ETF ecosystem.

What you'll do

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Two to five years of related work experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment is very important
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is expected in this role.

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
