Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ETF portfolio management, trading, or related investment function.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Bloomberg, Python and similar tools a plus.
• Proactive problem solver with sound judgment and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ETF portfolios and partner with clients to support investment objectives and daily needs.
• Monitor portfolio activity, execute trades, ensure compliance, and provide investment insights.
• Perform daily reconciliations and prepare materials for quarterly oversight and regulatory reporting.
• Support portfolio rebalances and ETF basket activity planning and execution.
• Identify process improvements to enhance workflows, controls, and efficiency.
