Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator – Underground Utilities in the San Fernando Valley/Los Angeles County, California. This hands-on role leads estimating and bid preparation for major heavy civil infrastructure projects, focusing on underground wet utilities including water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and large-diameter pipelines.

Competenze

• 10+ years of heavy civil estimating, preconstruction, or operations experience.
• 5+ years of underground utility estimating experience (water, sanitary sewer, storm drain).
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• Strong knowledge of labor productivity, equipment, crew compositions, quantities, and unit costs.

• Prepare detailed estimates for underground utility and heavy civil projects.
• Takeoffs for water, sewer, storm drain, and related infrastructure.
• Develop labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs.
