AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Chief Estimator for structural concrete construction in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role focuses on leading estimating and preconstruction for cast-in-place foundations and superstructures across high-volume commercial projects in the NY/NJ market.

Responsibilities include detailed takeoffs, cost estimates, bidding, and final proposals, with a compensation range up to 130k/year plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience for structural concrete contractor or equivalent.
• Experience preparing detailed takeoffs, estimates, bids, and final proposals.
• Knowledge of concrete construction means, methods, and formwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and preconstruction activities for cast-in-place foundations and superstructures.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid packages, and final proposals.
• Review drawings and documents to determine scope and pricing requirements.
• Manage bidding, subcontractor pricing, and bid leveling for competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with general contractors, CM firms, subcontractors, and project teams throughout preconstruction and bidding.
