Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC seeks a Senior Estimator to direct and coordinate the estimating process for new business opportunities, major product changes, and other operations projects. You will liaise with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Operations to develop comprehensive cost estimates and quotes.

Responsibilities include handling estimate requests, collaborating with Purchasing, Design, PM, and suppliers to obtain specifications and costs, and producing technical packages to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business with 5+ yrs of experience.
• Preferred background in CDMO environment, Pharma, and/or Pricing/Costing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the estimating process for new business opportunities, major product changes and other operations projects.
• Act as liaison among Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Operations and Operational Finance regarding cost estimating and quotes.
• Develop estimates comprising materials, machine rates, investments and labor costs.
• Create technical packages and coordinate with Production to determine best production/packaging methods.
• Lead hand-over to project teams and ensure transfer of approach and knowledge between Sales and Project.
