Job summary

Stolo Cabinets, based in Brea, CA, is seeking an experienced estimator and sales leader to own the estimating and sales department for institutional, laboratory, and millwork projects. You will manage client relationships, generate new business, and ensure budgets stay on track by coordinating with production and project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bidding institutional, laboratory, or millwork
• Experience leading a sales or estimating department
• Knowledge of Woodwork Institute (WI) requirements
• Strong estimating, cost analysis, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships; bring in new projects and accounts
• Estimate casework and millwork jobs from plans and specs with precision
• Manage the sales/estimating department, including forecasting and performance review
• Maintain project budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery
