The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of estimating experience, ideally in residential remodeling. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, updating pricing databases, and collaborating with design and sales teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in residential remodeling.
• Familiarity with construction management software, specifically Buildertrend.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates using construction management software.
• Update pricing databases with supplier information.
• Review estimates for accuracy with subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify potential risks or missing scopes early.
• Support purchasing for approved projects.
• Maintain organized records for estimates.

Skills

Estimating experience in residential remodeling

Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar tools

Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and materials

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
