The Contractor Consultants is looking for a Lead specializing in high-end residential remodeling in Madison, Connecticut. You will serve as a crucial liaison, managing client expectations and subcontractor schedules while ensuring project budgets are met. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in construction management or estimating.
• Proven experience in residential construction and project team management.
• Ability to build and maintain complex construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications throughout the construction phase.
• Coordinate weekly onsite meetings with construction leads.
• Develop and manage construction schedules for subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets and track financial impacts of changes.
• Procure specialized design materials with precision.
• Oversee on-site quality control with Lead Carpenters.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on field installations.
