A family-run remodeling company is seeking an experienced Home Remodeling Project Estimator with over 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed budget estimates for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring quality control. A knowledge of XACTIMATE estimating software is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance, a company vehicle, and paid time off. Remote work may be possible for part of the week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of preparing project estimates with timelines and costing.
• Ability to supervise crew technicians and maintain leadership.
