Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks a Senior Construction Estimator to lead project costing, budgeting, and preconstruction for high-value residential projects in Las Vegas. You will evaluate costs, support design and construction teams, manage trade pricing, and ensure financial alignment from planning through contract execution.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced delivering accurate estimates across multiple development stages, with strong communication and mentorship

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience in residential or design-build environments.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive estimates from conceptual budgeting through procurement phases.
• Strong understanding of assemblies, materials, labor productivity, and costing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets using drawings and design information.
• Produce cost projections at various planning stages.
• Solicit and compare pricing from subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify scope discrepancies and assist with subcontractor selection.
• Collaborate with design and purchasing teams on cost impacts of changes.
• Recommend cost-saving alternatives while preserving quality and objectives.
• Track market pricing trends and maintain historical cost data.
