• Associate’s Degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of construction and building materials-related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for residential projects.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for complete takeoffs.
• Support sales by explaining estimating techniques and construction procedures.
• Mentor junior estimators and maintain bid logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and operations to align bids with pricing and lead times.
