Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for residential projects.
• Manage and maintain the bid process and deadlines.
• Support sales team with blueprint reading and estimating techniques.
• Mentor junior estimators and promote estimating best practices.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing and operations to align pricing and lead times.
• Maintain bid logs and documentation for visibility and accuracy.
