Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or construction estimating.
• Ability to independently prepare estimates for refrigeration/HVAC projects.
• Experience with replacements, retrofits, remodels, capital improvements, and new construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, detailed estimates for commercial refrigeration and HVAC projects from drawings, specs, scopes, and bid documents.
• Perform labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor takeoffs and conduct risk assessment.
• Prepare customer-facing proposals with scopes, pricing, and clarifications; support tender reviews.
