Job summary

The Beaver Excavating Co. is seeking a goal-driven Estimator/Project Manager for our Raleigh, NC office. You will plan and execute projects, collaborating with owners, engineers, and construction managers to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities include estimating and bidding, cost management, project coordination, and mentoring staff. Travel may be required to support project needs while upholding Beaver safety policies and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent; 5 years’ construction exp.
• Experience in supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Bid projects and develop pricing for RFPs and change orders.
• Manage project scope, costs, schedules, and payments.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead pre-, mid-, and post-job meetings and ensure safety and quality.
• Close-out documentation and post-project reviews.
