Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction-related software.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with subs and owners.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in job site safety according to Beaver policies.
• Lead pre-, mid-, and post-job meetings and set project schedules.
• Communicate goals clearly to field supervision and owners.
• Manage multiple projects and monitor subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop cost control, change management, and budget oversight.
• Mentor subcontractors and ensure documentation and close-out.
• Coordinate project reviews, schedules, and timely payments.
• Ensure quality and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Address safety, cost, and performance issues promptly.
