This role involves estimating commercial drywall and metal stud framing projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of estimating experience, proficiency in OST and Quick Bid, and strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes.
• Prepare accurate bids using OST and Quick Bid.
• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and internal teams on proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes

• Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids

• Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals

• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing

• Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with jobs $1M+ preferred
