Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for drywall scope including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify scope, potential issues, and value engineering opportunities.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely procurement and coordinating with other trades.

Skills

Expert-level proficiency in construction estimating software

Strong financial acumen including cost control and budget management

Excellent communication skills

Education
