Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of commercial construction estimating experience with 5+ years in leadership.
Experience across Healthcare, Commercial, Laboratory, Educational, and Tenant Improvement sectors.
Advanced blueprint reading, take-offs, and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the estimating team to meet bid deadlines.
Establish standards, procedures, and QC measures for estimates.
Review estimates and approve submissions; manage bid strategies.
Improve estimating processes, cost databases, and subcontractor networks.
Oversee end-to-end estimating from conceptual to GMP and lump-sum.
