Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Senior Estimator for a Northern Nevada general contractor. You will own the estimating process from concept through final pricing and turnover, with autonomy on complex commercial and public projects.

Expect to lead budgets, takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, VE, and constructability reviews, working with owners, architects, engineers, and the preconstruction team on projects from $15M to $100M+. Strong CM/Design-Build experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on construction estimating experience.
