Ganem Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator in Phoenix, AZ, to lead estimating and preconstruction from pursuit through final pricing. You will own the estimating process, collaborate with PX teams, design professionals, and ownership to align budgets with project goals.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, performing value engineering, guiding trade partner engagement, and maintaining comprehensive cost data across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Advanced proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and AI.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee comprehensive conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates.
• Develop and manage system budgets, cost plans, and pricing narratives.
• Perform value engineering and cost optimization strategies aligned with client goals.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure complete scope coverage.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of all estimates.
• Lead trade partner outreach and bid leveling, ensuring strong coverage and competitive pricing.
• Maintain organized documentation and historical cost data.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and performance improvement initiatives.
