Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Estimator – Pipelines/Facilities to lead detailed, competitive estimates for midstream pipeline and facility construction on a permanent onsite role in Evans, CO. You will own estimating from bid review through handover, collaborating with engineering, field ops, and procurement.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in piping, welding, and mechanical construction, with strong knowledge of estimating techniques and field productivity data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in midstream oil & gas.
• Experience estimating pipeline, facility, and terminal construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (equiv. experience).

Responsibilities

• Independently develop detailed mechanical and pipeline estimates from bid review to proposal.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs for piping, welding, equipment, and structures.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare estimate summaries, cost breakdowns, and documentation for reviews.
• Mentor junior estimators and support project controls with cost data.
