Qualifications

• 7+ years of Estimating experience with NYC-based General Contractor or Construction Management firm.
• Ability to communicate effectively with architects, developers, and ownership groups.
• Understanding of both GC (Lump Sum) and CM (Guaranteed Maximum Price) delivery methods.
• Expert command of BuildingConnected for bid management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end estimating process for projects from $1M to $20M.
• Act as a key point of contact for Owners, Developers, and Architects.
• Leverage NYC subcontractor market knowledge for reliable trade coverage.
• Provide transparent, open-book budgeting and value-engineering solutions.
• Partner with estimating team to maintain accuracy and project intake.
