Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for renovations and complex interior buildouts.
• Develop accurate budgets through all phases of design.
• Review project drawings and specifications to define scope and materials.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure full scope coverage.
• Participate in client meetings and support value engineering efforts.
