Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum eight years construction industry experience.
• Minimum six years construction estimating experience.
• Experience managing multiple project estimates for large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (300+ units).

Responsibilities

• Manage design, bid, and project documentation (drawings, specifications, RFIs, addenda).
• Set up projects in estimating/bidding platforms and maintain bidder/vendor data.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure bid coverage and clarify scopes.
• Prepare Bid Leveling Sheets and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Support budgets with market and historical data.
