Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Estimator – Residential in Columbus, OH. You will lead comprehensive preconstruction estimates for large multi-family, apartment, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing projects, and manage the estimating lifecycle while presenting accurate cost data to clients.

The responsibilities include end-to-end estimating, takeoffs and pricing, value engineering, and preconstruction planning.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of estimating experience in large multi-family residential projects.
• Experience with HUD and OFHA estimating guidelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project estimates.
• Create and complete full project estimates and review others.
• Develop takeoffs and pricing using current market data.
• Conduct value engineering with cost analysis.
• Present cost information to clients and stakeholders.
