Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator – Residential in Columbus, OH. Relocation assistance available and a compensation range of $110,000–$125,000 plus bonuses, negotiable based on experience.

You will lead preconstruction estimates for large multi-family, apartment, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing projects, manage the estimating lifecycle, and present cost data to clients while building strong owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of estimating experience in large multi-family residential projects.
• Experience with HUD and OFHA estimating guidelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Estimating: lead and complete full project estimates.
• Bidding & Scoping: manage subcontractor bid lists and analyze bids.
• Takeoffs & Pricing: perform detailed takeoffs with market pricing.
• Value Engineering: research materials and develop cost-saving ideas.
• Preconstruction Planning: develop schedules and staffing plans.
• Client & Partner Relations: present cost data and build client relationships.
