You’ll develop budgets and detailed estimates from concept through buyout, collaborating with owners, architects, design teams, subcontractors, and Operations to ensure accurate cost control.

The role emphasizes proficiency in ProEst and Excel, quantity takeoffs, and managing multiple projects with senior mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years estimating for Estimator; 5+ years for Senior Estimator.
