Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Minimum 3 years as lead estimator on projects > $10M.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction means, labor analysis, and cost development.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete estimating lifecycle from conceptual budgets to GMP and construction documents.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, preconstruction, VDC, and project management.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, labor analyses, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare bid summaries, risk registers, and value engineering proposals.
• Mentor junior estimators and interns; support client presentations.
