Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferable.
• 3+ years of estimating experience essential.
• Commercial/GC experience with projects $2M+ desired.
• Proficient in English with great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications to generate detailed scopes of work.
• Create job-specific subcontractor/vendor lists.
• Prepare cost estimates based on construction plans.
• Collaborate with preconstruction team to bid jobs successfully.
