Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Bellevue, Washington is seeking an experienced Estimator to shape the future of our projects. You will lead estimates, analyze contract documents, and produce comprehensive cost takeoffs to support bids and pursuits.

Qualifications

8 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating.
On-site experience preferred (6–12 months).
Knowledge of bid preparation, subcontractor procurement and bid-closing procedures.

Responsibilities

Leads medium-to-large estimates or components of large estimates and is accountable for that scope.
Conducts detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine project requirements.
Ensures complete quantity take-offs of labor, equipment and materials from project documents.
Leads development of conceptual estimate submissions and presentations to support management pursuits.
Supports the estimate lead by preparing tender forms and information requests for proposals.
