CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator in Chandler, AZ to prepare and analyze design/build, engineer, and construction management estimates. You will review subcontractor bids, perform quantity take-offs, and develop scopes to ensure competitive pricing and accurate cost forecasting.

The role requires robust knowledge of estimating techniques, multi-project management, and proficiency with estimating software. Some travel is expected to support diverse projects across regions.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepares design/build, engineer, construction management, GMP, and hard-bid estimates/proposals.
• Analyzes quotations prior to bid day.
• Evaluates bids for completeness and conformance to specs.
• Performs quantity take-offs and pricing for projects.
• Develops subcontractor/vendor scopes and reviews for completeness.
