Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 8 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepares design/build, engineer, construction management, guaranteed maximum price, and hard-bid estimates/proposals.
• Analyzes quotations prior to bid day and evaluates sub-contractor bids for scope and timing.
• Enters quantity take-offs and material unit prices for projects; supports estimating procedures.
• Coaches junior staff on estimating software and processes; manages bid day and close-out activities.
