JRM Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead comprehensive cost estimation for complex projects in the New York area. You will review subcontractor bids, develop detailed budgets from early design phases, and oversee all bid packages to ensure competitive, accurate submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in budgeting/estimating or related field.
• 7–10 years of budgeting/estimating experience.
• Knowledge of New York City subcontractor base.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full lifecycle of project estimating from concept to bid.
• Prepare detailed conceptual budgets from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design, and design development documents.
• Perform detailed take-offs of all trades.
• Lead bid process with subcontractors and ensure accurate submissions by all subcontractors.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates in client and internal meetings.
