Aufgaben

• Oversee the full lifecycle of project estimating from preliminary concepts through bid packages
• Prepare detailed conceptual budgets from pre-construction to design development
• Perform detailed take-offs of all trades
• Initiate and manage the entire bid process for CM and GC including subcontractor submissions
• Accurately level all subcontractor bids
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders to subcontractors
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors
• Interface with field team to communicate deliverables and procurement schedules
• Interpret drawings to quantify scope and develop cost projections
• Identify risks early and propose cost-efficient value-enhancing solutions
• Present estimates in meetings and support value engineering discussions
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and capture scope elements
