• Strong time management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed budgets from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design, and design development documents.
• Perform detailed take-offs of all trades.
• Initiate and manage the bid process (CM and GC) including preparation of bid packages and subcontractor submissions.
• Accurately level subcontractor bids and review for cost-effectiveness.
• Review documentation, meet with clients, and inspect the construction site to understand work required.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors to align project objectives, schedules, and costs.
