Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in general civil construction.
• Experience as Project Engineer and Project Manager; heavy-civil estimating including earthwork, utilities, and excavation.

Responsibilities

• Develop bids for private and public-sector projects.
• Lead estimate preparation, take-offs, and subcontractor quotes with minimum two quotes per scope.
• Mentor junior estimators and coordinate with project teams pre/post award.
• Support Design-Build and contract administration activities.
