Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating required.
• Experience with self-perform estimate and productivity understanding.
• Expert in understanding contract terms for various delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications.
• Establish critical path schedule including milestone dates.
• Complete full quantity take-off of all labor, equipment, and materials.
• Assist in presenting estimate/proposal to clients.
• Monitor client project-specific success criteria.
