Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide material take offs on drawings and plans.
• Coordinate drawings and scope of work for bid coverage.
• Prepare detailed breakdowns of estimates.
• Submit RFIs for projects.
• Understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Organize quotations to align with contract documents.
• Analyze drawings and specifications.
• Prepare cost analysis of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review plans, specs, and bid requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure bid documents are complete and properly executed.
