• Develop accurate proposals and estimates for projects >$100M.
• Lead bid reviews with senior management.
• Analyze take-offs, costs, labour, materials, and equipment.
• Develop relationships to increase bid opportunities.
• Supervise estimating staff and mentor team.
• Lead design-build preconstruction services.
