Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our estimating process and act as a primary customer-facing representative. You will meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to understand needs, develop scopes of work, and prepare professional estimates that drive profitable projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive residential construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to propose solutions that balance customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, doors, windows, cabinetry, and general home repairs.
• Experience preparing estimates for residential remodeling or service work.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate project needs.
• Conduct detailed site visits and property assessments.
• Develop accurate scopes of work for handyman, remodeling, repair, maintenance, and home modification projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates using company pricing standards and estimating software.
• Explain estimates clearly and professionally while answering customer questions.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and technicians regarding project scope and execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation, photos, measurements, and customer notes within Housecall Pro and company systems.
