Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in Phoenix seeks a Senior Estimator to lead our estimating process and serve as a primary customer-facing representative. You will meet homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to understand their needs, develop accurate scopes of work, and help convert opportunities into successful projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive residential construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify solutions that benefit the customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years in residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or estimating.
• Strong multitrade knowledge: carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Experience preparing estimates for residential remodeling or service work.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales aptitude without high-pressure tactics.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to assess needs.
• Conduct site visits and property assessments.
• Develop accurate scopes of work for handyman, remodeling, and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed estimates using company pricing standards.
• Explain estimates clearly and answer customer questions.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and contribute to pricing standards.
• Follow up with customers to convert estimates into scheduled work.
