TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Estimator to service Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, La Jolla, and surrounding areas in North County San Diego. You will connect with homeowners, scope projects accurately, and help win jobs with compelling, clear estimates.

The role offers strong office support, established leads, and room to grow within a team-focused, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, estimating, or related field.
• Knowledge of home repairs, materials, labor requirements, and sequencing.
• Able to evaluate a home project and confidently recommend solutions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and pursue new customer leads.
• Meet homeowners to discuss repair, maintenance, and remodeling needs.
• Build trust and create an excellent first impression of TruBlue.
• Evaluate projects and develop clear scopes of work.
• Estimate labor, materials, and other project costs.
• Prepare and present professional estimates.
• Explain recommendations and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with prospective customers to turn estimates into booked jobs.
• Identify potential challenges before work begins.
• Communicate sold projects to operations and technicians.
• Ensure promises match what the team can deliver.
