Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Background in heavy highway, bridges, structures, or structural concrete.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural plans.
• Experience with estimating and takeoff software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Develop pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals.
• Collaborate with project management and field operations during bid reviews.
