LVI Associates in Bellevue, WA seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator to lead detailed cost estimates and bids for infrastructure projects, including transportation, utilities, and earthwork. You will analyze plans, specs, and subcontractor quotes to craft competitive proposals.

With 5+ years in heavy civil estimating and a proven bid-winning record, you will coordinate with project teams through the bidding process and support value engineering.

• 5+ years of estimating experience within heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil estimating practices and bid documents.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for heavy civil construction projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Develop bid packages, schedules, and proposal documents.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams during project handoff.
• Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions.
