Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of heavy civil estimating experience.
• Experience with self-perform work and take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids and estimate self-performed crew compositions and rates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and scope determinations.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project risks.
• Develop bid schedules with scheduling staff.
• Present estimates to internal stakeholders for decision making.
• Represent company at pre-bids and site visits.
